Legal Assistant ( Litigation & Workplace Relations)

The work
You’ll work directly with two energetic partners on matters such as:
- Multi-million-dollar commercial contract disputes
- Shareholder, joint venture and partnership fallouts
- Complex insolvency files (including administrations, recoveries and director issues)
- Property and leasing disputes involving national landlords and listed groups
- Urgent applications — injunctions, freezing orders, security for costs
- High-risk advisory work for corporates facing contentious issues
Expect hands-on drafting, strategy input, client contact and advocacy opportunities — not just document review.

About you
You’ll have 2–5 years’ PAE in commercial litigation, disputes or insolvency, solid drafting skills, and the confidence to step into more complex work. A proactive, commercial mindset will go a long way here.
