Do you have an electrical work licence? This is an opportunity to work across a range of maintenance jobs for Brisbane City Council. As part of the TNS team you will be working on projects across various sites around Brisbane.
About your new role
This is an opportunity for someone with electrical qualifications and experience. This role will see you responsible for maintaining and installing Council Electrical infrastructure. You will be someone who adheres to WHS practices in a workshop and in the field settings.
* Installation, testing, repair, maintenance and programming Council electrical infrastructure
* Wiring and testing switchboards in parks and public spaces
* Installing and maintaining public lighting such as pathway lighting and decorative lighting
* Maintain asset databases
* Respond to call outs to resolve faults
* Retrieve and action allocated job from work assignment databases
Standared Hours
6:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday
9 Day fortnight
What you will need to exceed
Ideally, you will also have all of the tickets and licenses listed below:
* CPR/LVR
* White Card
* Electrical Trades Qualification
* Medium Ridged (MR) truck Licence (not essential, highly advantageous)
* Above 11M EWP ticket (not essential, highly advantageous)
* Working at heights
* Willing to work some overtime when required
* Undertake a Criminal History Check
