The Opportunity - About the Role Reporting to Senior Commercial Manager FP&A for the Investment Management Finance team, this is a unique opportunity to step into a true business partnering role—one that offers a seat at the table and the chance to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including Investor Relations and Commercial Markets. We're looking for someone who is willing to share insights, challenge thinking constructively, and help drive performance across the business. You’ll be embedded in the business, working side-by-side with leaders to drive returns, support investment decision-making, and contribute to strategy formulation and execution. While there is a clear framework and expectations around the role, it remains a genuine opportunity to shape and make it your own. We’re further along in our transformation journey, but change is still underway. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to be part of shaping the future. You’ll be supported but also empowered to bring your perspective and make a real impact. About You CA/CPA qualified, you will bring appropriate tertiary qualifications and 7 years of experience in commercial management, financial accounting, forecasting & analysis or planning and business insight in a similar level role within a large complex organisation. What You'll Bring A collaborative mindset and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders. Comfort operating in ambiguous environments —you’ll be someone who can deal in the grey, interpret evolving information, and bring clarity through insight. Strong analytical skills: you’ll be reviewing data, identifying trends, and pulling out what stands out to inform strategic decisions. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn—property experience is not a deal breaker. A passion for partnering with the business and driving commercial outcomes.
