Key Responsibilities: Analyse business and functional requirements to create detailed test cases· Design, maintain, and execute manual and/or automated test scripts· Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA· Perform various types of testing including functional, integration, regression and UAT support· Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to clarify requirements and improve test coverage· Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)· Contribute to continuous improvement in test practices, processes, and documentation· Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements Required Skills· Solid understanding of the end-to-end Testing Life CycleRetail domain knowledge/background· Experience in MS Power apps in Retail domain (Timesheet, Allowances, Cash Discrepancies, Staff Management and Staff Allocation)· Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (PractiTest, JIRA and ALM)· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data at the database level· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies· Excellent communication and documentation skills· ISTQB certification (Preferred)
