Your new company
You'll be joining one of Australia's most recognised financial services organisations as they embark on a multi‑year transformation to become a truly digital insurer. The Digital Insurer (DI) program is a major strategic initiative spanning the next five years, designed to unify platforms across nine household brands and drive 90% digital interactions across the group.
You will also play a critical role in the Consumer Claims & Customer Service Transformation (CCT) program-an AI‑enabled uplift of claims and customer service operations aimed at delivering faster, simpler, and more connected experiences for customers and employees.
Your new role
As the Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery across the Consumer Tribe, with a strong focus on the interdependencies between Claim Centre and Digital Insurer workstreams.
Your remit spans both business and technology domains, ensuring alignment, transparency, and momentum across multiple cross‑functional teams. You will coordinate delivery activities, manage resourcing, and oversee Scrum Masters (where applicable), while driving collaboration between Consumer and DI stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving collaboration and transparency across cross‑functional teams
* Identifying, tracking, and managing key dependencies
* Owning delivery milestones, timelines, and forward planning
* Actively managing in‑flight work to ensure dependencies are met
* Producing and maintaining a cross‑functional roadmap
* Managing stakeholders across business and technology, including senior program leaders
* Coordinating Consumer Tribe needs with the Digital Insurer program
* Leading resourcing, team structure, and ways of working
This is a business‑focused delivery role, not a purely technical position-though technical literacy is advantageous. Guidewire experience is highly desirable.

* Strong stakeholder management across executive and technical groups
* Exceptional communication skills-clear, confident, and influential
* Experience establishing structure, governance, and ways of working across multiple teams
* Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks
* Forward‑thinking planning capability and roadmap development experience
* Background working with cross‑functional business and technology teams
* Guidewire exposure (highly favourable)
* Experience leading Scrum Masters or delivery teams
Sydney is preferred due to team co‑location, but Brisbane candidates are equally welcome.
