The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Disability Support or relevant qualification and current first aid and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also essential. Additionally, the successful applicant will need to hold a current NDIS Workers Screening Card and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to create engaging support experiences
* Engage clients in meaningful activities that foster social connections and skill development
* Ensure a safe environment for clients
* Promote independence and empower clients to make choices
* Document client progress and report any concerns to the relevant team members
Requirements:
* Experience in supporting individuals with Neurodivergence
* Certificate III in Individual Disability Support or relevant qualification
