The opportunity
Due to our business expansion, an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Trainer & Assessor for Early Childhood Education and Care has opened to join our friendly team. We will be launchingour training division - Aroha College soon and we are seeking Industry expert, Certificate IV 40116 Training and Assessment qualified mentors, to join our growing team to work with our Early Childhood Education qualification.
We are looking for open minded, motivated, loyal and dedicated Trainer to join our high performing team and help us grow on a Full-time basis.
Our CHC30121 Qualification will be delivered as follows:
* Face-to-Face Training - Classroom-based, face-to-face training sessions will be delivered
* Self-paced online components
About you:
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a higher qualification in adult education or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with:
* TAEASS502A/TAEASS502B/TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools; and
* TAELLN401A/TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
* HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting
* CHC Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
* CHC Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain if successful)
* Demonstrated minimum 3 years' industry experience
* National Police Clearance
