Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume setting
- Follow recipes and ensure adherence to cooking standards
- Execute food preparation with attention to presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Ensure HACCP and WHS compliance, including temperature and quality checks and managing cross-contamination risks
About You
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef is required; experience in a' la carte restaurants or functions is preferred
- Strong background in kitchen operations
- Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
- A passion for food and creative flair
