About the Role
* Providing a range of psychosocial rehabilitation supports and services to consumers.
* Directly supporting consumers with day-to-day tasks to aid their rehabilitation and recovery goals.
* Assisting consumers to develop skills in self-management, wellness, and safety planning.
This includes assisting consumers to acquire and develop daily living skills, documenting relevant information in their electronic medical record, and providing direct support for tasks that contribute to their overall well-being.
