Job Title: Applications Support Specialist
This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can analyze complex problems, think critically, and communicate effectively.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Level 1 Support specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing software and applications support to customers and users, as well as low-level configuration tasks.
Tech Environment
* Cloud-based Manage Engine HelpDesk and Ticketing management Software
* MS-based Applications (Azure)
* Printers/Scanners/Others Hardware (occasional)
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. They should also have a solid understanding of Azure Enterprise Software Configuration and be able to create documentation for processes and systems.
Azure-related experience is beneficial, but not required. Introductory programming knowledge is also nice to have.
