About the role As Territory Lead you will play a pivotal part in driving business expansion and ensuring customer satisfaction within your designated region. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets, all while acting as on-the-ground representative. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with a focus on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction.
This involves prioritizing daily efforts that optimize growth performance and drive value for customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and other regional sales teams, you'll share field insights to ensure technology continues to meet needs of farmers.
Your contributions will directly support our mission to make a positive impact on the world by transforming industries. Frequent travel is required as part of this position.
