General Manager – People & Culture to lead the next stage of this evolution.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a genuine executive leadership role with broad organisational influence. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Strategic Leadership Team, shaping workforce strategy, organisational capability and culture as key drivers of business success.
The foundations for transformation have been established. The opportunity now is to build on this strategic groundwork and lead the continued development of a high-performing, integrated People & Culture function aligned to MGM's long-term growth agenda.
You will oversee enterprise-wide People & Culture strategy across:
* Workforce planning and organisational capability
* Leadership development and culture maturity
* Employee experience and engagement
* ER/IR governance and people risk
* Recruitment and talent strategy
* People systems, data and workforce analytics
This role will set the direction for how MGM attracts, develops and retains talent in a complex, multi-site operational environment.
Location – Bunbury, Western Australia
This role is based in Bunbury, WA's thriving coastal regional hub and MGM's corporate base.

About You
You are a senior People & Culture executive who combines strategic thinking with operational credibility.
You will bring:
* Executive-level experience leading People & Culture transformation within complex or operationally intensive environments
* Demonstrated ability to align workforce strategy with commercial and operational outcomes
* Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence at executive level
* Deep understanding of culture, organisational design and workforce riskA pragmatic, values-led approach with the ability to drive change while building trust
Experience within mining services, logistics, infrastructure or similarly operational industries will be highly regarded.
