Partnerships Development Manager

The Senior Partnerships Project Officer plays a key role in developing and implementing partnerships between the Community Housing Sector and other partner organisations. This includes reviewing project proposals and Investment and Asset Management plans to ensure they align with the Our Housing Future 2020-2030 strategy.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have qualifications in property, development, commerce or related disciplines. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement partnerships between the Community Housing Sector and other partner organisations
\
2. Review project proposals and Investment and Asset Management plans to ensure alignment with the Our Housing Future 2020-2030 strategy

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
\
4. Qualifications in property, development, commerce or related disciplines
\
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\
7. Role Status: Short term contract up to 24 February 2026
\
8. Remuneration: $98,478- $104,165 (ASO6)
\
