About the Role
As General Manager, you will be a hands-on leader with a strategic focus, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving business growth. You will champion a culture of mentorship, staff development, and strong community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a cohesive team while maintaining a strategic focus on business growth.
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including accommodation, high-volume restaurants, bars, and functions.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a strong, positive company culture.
- Build and maintain strong community connections through active engagement.
- Deliver innovation in food and beverage, events, and brand activations.
- Ensure all property and management operations comply with relevant laws, legislation, and regulations.

- Proven success as a senior leader in the hospitality industry, looking for a significant step forward in their career.
- Solid leadership with an owner/operator mindset.
- Expertise in hotel operations, marketing, accounting, and strategic planning.
