We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Team Manager to lead site-based activities and deliver reliability, operational performance, and sustainable improvements while meeting safety and regulatory requirements.
Electrical Maintenance Leadership
The team manager will oversee daily electrical maintenance tasks, coordinating workloads, prioritizing tasks, and achieving operational goals. This role requires effective liaison with external contractors and equipment experts for planned maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversight of electrical maintenance tasks to ensure efficiency and safety

4. Identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations
5. Maintaining cost efficiency and high standards of equipment reliability
Requirements:
* A Grade Electrical Licence and experience in a FMCG team management role
* Proven coaching and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with internal stakeholders
* Radiation safety officer licence (preferred)
* Diploma or equivalent in leadership and management (desirable)
