About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Administration Officer to join our team! As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll handle general enquiries and work closely with various departments in a diverse and engaging role. Key Responsibilities Property Administration Manage property-related enquiries via phone and email Managing a high volume of email (2x Email inboxes) Assist with minor complaint resolution, including organizing inspections and coordinating resolutions Draft and send emails relating to service changes, time increases, and resignations Maintain up-to-date property files including adding and removing properties, updating agent details, managing property swaps and changes to servicing requirements.
