Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through the successful implementation of software solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement software solutions for customers in accordance with project management frameworks and methodologies;
* Conduct product demonstrations and contribute to pre-sales activities such as scope, technical, and effort requirements for quoting and tender responses;
* Travel to project sites, including remote areas, and assist with customer support requests in accordance with SLA requirements;
* Build rapport with customers and provide open, honest, and respectful conversations; and
* Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box;
* Good understanding of technical jargon and project management processes;
* Able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers;
* Prior experience in software implementation and customer service is highly desirable;
* Ability to travel to project sites, including remote areas;
