The role involves imparting essential swimming skills to children of all ages in a fun and safe learning environment. This position requires the ability to conduct engaging and structured swimming lessons for children, foster water confidence, stroke techniques, and water safety, tailor lessons to individual abilities and provide constructive feedback, and ensure a safe and clean pool environment at all times.
