Our workshop is easily accessible via Canterbury Road and Eastlink Freeway. The Opportunity We’re currently seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Spray Painter and Panel Beater to become key parts of our team. These are full-time, permanent roles, working Monday to Friday—no weekends required. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality work, ensuring each vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition and looks its absolute best before returning to the road. Your Responsibilities For Automotive Spray Painter: Perform paintwork to established quality standards and procedures Finalise colour matching and make minor adjustments as necessary Conduct routine maintenance on spray booths, equipment, and robots Assist with general workshop duties as needed For Panel Beater: Carry out repairs on damaged vehicles, including structural and cosmetic work Use Car-O-Liner benches and tools to realign chassis and body components Replace or repair panels using welding and metalworking techniques Strip and refit vehicle components as required What You’ll Bring Relevant trade qualification in spray painting or panel beating (essential) Experience in the collision repair industry (essential) Valid Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence We know flexibility is important—if you’re looking for alternative hours, let’s chat.
