We are seeking an experienced Office and Asset Administrator to manage our office operations, financial processes, and asset management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing goods in/out, maintaining accurate asset registers, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations, including coordination of administrative tasks and maintenance of equipment.
* Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate records.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers, including tracking of assets, maintenance schedules, and disposal procedures.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace health and safety, including regular risk assessments and training programs for staff.

Requirements:
* C Class manual driver's license and forklift license.
