What Your Day Looks Like
* Conducting the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are maintained to the highest level according to our company standards;
* Providing timely and professional customer service to our guest;
* Maintain cleanness of your workspace and equipment;
* Work with cleaning chemicals and equipment where necessary to provide a high standard of cleanness and hygiene;
* And comply with all OH&S regulations as required and applicable.
To be successful you'll need
* Previous Housekeeping Attendant experience within a hotel / apartment setting;
* Strong verbal communication skills;
* Efficient time management skills and able to manage competing priorities;
* Genuine commitment to guest service and excellent attention to detail;
* Enjoy working within a diverse team, and autonomously.
