This permanent, part-time position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) environment.
* You'll receive full support from a dedicated Director to ensure your success in this role.
* Service Location: Newton, VIC
* You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: This is an afternoon role only.
The Position:
As the Second-in-Command, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional care and creating unforgettable experiences for primary school-aged children.
* Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies.
* Innovation: Assist with the creation and implementation of engaging experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
* Genuine relationships: Foster strong bonds with children and their families.
* Fun: Play and have fun with primary school-aged children.
* Compliance: Ensure your program adheres to industry regulations.
