You'll assist our guest with queries and have an in-depth knowledge of all treatments and products.Additionally, you'll assist with reception duties by answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments and booking members and guests for appointments.This position is a permanent part-time role that requires a minimum of 15 hours per week.
