Overview
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic and operational leadership, shaping the future growth of community philanthropy. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the strategic plan, overseeing finance, operations, and people and culture, and will serve as the public face of the organization. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including community organizations, philanthropic funders, government, and other peak bodies, to advance the enabling environment for community philanthropy.
The CEO will also work in close partnership with the Board to ensure excellent governance, manage risk, and guide the organization through its next phase of growth. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should be experienced in a relevant sector, with a proven track record in strategic leadership, operational management, and a deep understanding of community-led development, philanthropy, and systems change. Responsibilities
* Execute the strategic plan and oversee finance, operations, and people and culture.
* Serve as the public face of the organization.

* Travel: Less than 10%.

* Background in community, philanthropic, social, or peak body sectors.
* Adept at growing and diversifying revenue and building and leading high-performing teams.
