* lead return-to-work processes, liaising with employees, managers, medical providers and workcover agents to drive efficient resolutions

promote a strong safety-first culture across the organisation. develop and implement wellbeing initiatives and health, safety, and wellbeing campaigns.
participate in incident investigations, quality assurance reviews, and workplace risk assessments. contribute to health, safety, and wellbeing committees and internal networks.
report on injury trends, claims performance, and safety statistics to inform strategic decision-making.
requires experience in injury management, return-to-work coordination, or workers' compensation case management.
excellent interpersonal skills and organisational abilities are essential.
