Our Group Procurement team will see you work in partnership with key stakeholders and senior executives across Macquarie to identify and execute sourcing initiatives aligned to Macquarie's strategic objectives. You will drive innovation through building, maintaining and enhancing supplier relationships, as part of the Business Services Division within the Corporate Operations Group.

What role will you play?
As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing sourcing strategies for solutions that achieve Macquarie's business objectives. You'll have the opportunity to have an impact in a global team responsible for delivering value for Macquarie's operating groups, which may include technology, professional and corporate services.
Leveraging your strong communication skills and stakeholder relationships, you will own and implement sourcing initiatives to drive efficiency across the portfolio. You will support the delivery of best-in-class solutions, strong commercial outcomes, and the highest standards of supplier risk management for our businesses.
You may have the opportunity to lead and guide sourcing team members within a direct or virtual team environment. Additionally, you will analyze commercial data, market trends, and understand business requirements and challenges across your portfolio to provide targeted improvement strategies and drive value.
