We integrate Western medicine with complementary therapies, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), to deliver holistic, patient-centred care.About the Role We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to provide professional therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments, support overall patient wellbeing, and contribute to our clinic's high standards of care.
This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver customised treatments in alignment with client needs and clinic protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality therapeutic massage services that align with the clinic's holistic healthcare approach.Conduct comprehensive client assessments to create customised treatment plans integrating Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine practices.Collaborate closely with General Practitioners and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners to ensure cohesive and effective patient care.Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and plan patient treatments.Contribute to the development of innovative treatment protocols.Enhance the patient experience by offering complementary therapies.Provide education on wellness practices to support patient health.Uphold the clinic's standards of safety, hygiene, and professional conduct.Skills & Experience RequiredDiploma or higher qualification in massage or equivalent.1-2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a healthcare setting.Proficiency in delivering targeted therapeutic massage for specific health concerns, such as chronic pain, rehabilitation, and stress management.Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare providers.Expertise in maintaining detailed and accurate client records in compliance with healthcare regulations.Demonstrated ability to educate patients about treatment benefits and self-care practices.Adherence to high standards of hygiene, safety, and ethical practice in a clinical environment.Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage client schedules efficiently.Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry advancements.
