We have exciting casual opportunities available for both Concierge Attendants and Valet Parking Attendants, supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across the centre. As a Concierge Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face of the centre – welcoming customers, assisting with enquiries and enhancing every visit. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you’ll deliver a seamless and professional parking experience, ensuring every customer enjoys a premium level of service from arrival to departure. Day-to-day you will be responsible for: Concierge Attendant Welcoming customers and providing centre directions and recommendations Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers Processing Westfield Gift Card sales and other services Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and enquiries Valet Parking Attendant Greeting valet customers and creating a warm first impression Safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles Processing valet payments (cash and electronic) Managing traffic flow and supporting valet operations during peak periods This role is a casual position, working across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
