We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Scheduler to join our team at Victory Curtains & Blinds.
About the Role
The Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination of installation appointments by efficiently managing contractor diaries, customer communications, and logistics. This role works closely with internal teams, consultants, installers, and customers to optimise scheduling maximise installer productively, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule installation jobs using product ETAs and contractor availability
* Manager contractor diaries, matching jobs based on skills, location, and capacity
* Confirm installation appointments with customers and provide required information
* Coordinate with installers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth installations
* Optimise daily runs to minimise travel time and maximise installer productivity
* Act as a secondary contact for customer enquiries and assist with overflow sales tasks
* Proactively communicate updates and resolve scheduling or customer issues
* Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and support operational efficiency
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or customer service (service-based industry preferred)
* Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
* Confident using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
* Understanding of logistics and resource allocation principles
