Key responsibilities include:Strategic Financial Leadership - Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital management to support long-term growth and shareholder value.M&A; and Governance Expertise - Provide financial leadership across mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, integration, and compliance.
Manage board processes, statutory reporting, and corporate governance.Commercial & Operational Impact - Drive efficiency, streamline processes, and deliver insights to support executive decision-making.
