$77,031.24 - $85,120.36 gross per annum + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 10 of the QPRC Salary System 2025).
Fulltime – 38 hours per week. 9-day fortnight conditions may apply.

In This Role You Will
* Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with the community and providing education on local regulations.
* Build positive connections with residents to support compliance and resolve concerns.
* Play a key role in maintaining safe, accessible, and enjoyable public spaces through meaningful interactions.
* Work closely with a supportive team, where your communication and people skills will be highly valued.

* Has a passion for customer service, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with the community.
* Communicates clearly, confidently, and respectfully to help educate and support residents in understanding regulations.
* Can resolve conflicts and concerns calmly and effectively, ensuring positive outcomes for all.
