As a registered Project Architect (Project Lead), you will play a key role in delivering high‐quality architectural outcomes that balance design ambition with functionality and technical rigour. You will lead the development of design concepts, oversee the production of detailed documentation, and ensure projects are delivered in full compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements across all phases.
This role requires strong residential experience, particularly in the early design and front‐end stages, including concept development, planning coordination, and client engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
* 8‐10 years post qualification experience as an Architect after graduated master's degree
* Professional qualification as an Architect or an equivalent overseas qualification
* Registered architect
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in English - spoken and written.
* Professional work experience using Revit
* Proficiency with Rhino and Adobe Suite is required
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
* Solid conceptual, design and graphic skills.
* Experience with technical detailing, construction documentation & construction administration
* Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking
* Knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods
* Exposure to management and coordination of project stakeholders, local authorities and approving bodies, and sub‐consultants
* Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team.
* Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
* The ability to be proactive, self‐motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from managers
* Great interpersonal communication skills
* Experience in residential and mixed‐use projects is advantageous; however, adaptability across sectors is highly valued
