Procurement Sourcing Manager, Ongoing opportunity, based in Sydney, Gosford or Parramatta with hybrid working options available
The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is looking for an enthusiastic and team‐orientated individual within the DCS Procurement Team. The successful applicant will support DCS Procurement to provide high‐quality end‐to‐end sourcing and contract management to deliver value for money and effectively meet business outcomes. This role is focused on ICT/Technology sourcing and is to provide a range of specialised procurement advice and services to agencies within the Department.
This position involves working in a fast‐paced environment with the opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive and collaborative team. The right applicant will be a team player willing to hit the ground running, who can work autonomously and as part of a team.

About Us
This is an exciting opportunity to work in our central DCS Procurement Team servicing the Department of Customer Service. DCS Procurement currently has three functions within the team: Business Partnering, Sourcing, and Centre of Excellence. This role sits within the Sourcing team and reports to a Senior Sourcing Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop, co‐ordinate and lead sourcing activities to establish supply arrangements that meet business needs
* Plan and lead contract negotiations in the establishment and review of supply arrangements to deliver value for money procurement outcomes
* Provide high‐level advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders including a cross‐functional team of specialists across multiple business and portfolio to build procurement expertise, provide governance and improve procurement practice and outcomes
About you
You are genuinely passionate about procurement with demonstrable experience delivering excellence in governance, guidelines and processes which inform sustainable procurement and enhanced user experience. You are committed to your team and are flexible and reliable when your help is needed.

* A keen interpreter of the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework
