Job Title: Group Leader, Building Services
About the Role:
* We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Building Services team. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the team's success.
* You will work closely with Team Leaders and Project Technical Leads to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
* Your focus will be on delivering exceptional results while maintaining a strong customer focus and fostering a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a Building Services consulting environment is essential.
* Significant relevant experience in people and team leadership is required.
* Tertiary Engineering qualification is necessary.
* Licenced/chartered (or equivalent) status with relevant national industry body is highly regarded.
* 10+ years professional experience in a relevant technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Hydraulics).
