We are recruiting for an additional Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and work out of our fabulous Port of Brisbane site.
What your day can look like:
* Manage the daily activities of the warehouse ensuring high levels of productivity and accuracy
* Daily operational planning of import and export, Biosecurity shipments and meeting business KPI's.
* Manage the allocation of appropriate resources to achieve agreed objectives and targets
* Direct, monitor and manage the activities of coordinators/team leaders in the management functions to extend individual skills and achieve overall objectives
* Liaise with clients and other departments to ensure deliveries schedules meet set deadlines
Monday to Friday 8:00 to 1700
What you can bring to us:
* Must be able to work under pressure, use initiative and multitask to ensure client satisfaction is met.
* Strong verbal & written communication skills
* Experience working in a CFS /3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
* Proven performance management and strong leadership experience
* Highly experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships
* Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System.
