Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Guest Service Agent - Outback Hotel and Lodge to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is a 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking a customer focused and experienced guest service agent to welcome our guests and be part of our Front Office Team. This role will see you undertake all guest service agent/front office duties in an efficient and friendly manner and taking ownership of creating the best possible first and last impression of the Resort.
Key Duties
* Act as an ambassador of the Resort, ensuring all guests feel welcome.
* Ensure guest satisfaction at all points in the guests journey.
* Processing all check in and check out.
* Process hotel charges to guests' accounts, ensuring bills are accurate and that payments are processed correctly and securely.
