Job Description:
We are seeking a capable and hands-on leader to lead a small team delivering farm service contracts across the region. This is a practical leadership focused role suited to someone with strong agricultural experience, confidence with machinery (including tractors and harvest equipment), and a passion for safe high-quality farm work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support orchard activities such as harvest pruning irrigation checks pest and weed control seasonal readiness
* Coordinate and guide a small crew to deliver off-site commercial farm services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will require:
* Practical experience in farming horticulture or orchard operations
* Confident machinery operation (tractors implements harvest equipment)
* Ability to lead coach and support a small team
* Strong communication reliability and safe work practices
* Ability to adapt to changing weather seasonal needs and cross-business work
* Fitness for outdoor physical farm work in hot or variable weather
