Salary: $59,129 -$ 66,470 gross p.a. plus 12% Super
35 hours per week (Monday to Sunday) with the option of flexitime
Located at Nowra Library, 10 Berry St Nowra

About The Role
Provide high quality customer service within the library, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Coordinate stock deliveries and maintain strong communication with Co Operative members. Support the Collections Team with daily operational tasks and contribute to service delivery across the library, including regular Customer Service Desk shifts. This includes:
Ensures that all communication provided is correct, factual, timely, customer-focused and in accordance with the relevant legislative requirements and Council procedures.
Preparation and transfer of regular stock for all Co Operative members.
Ensures the Team Lead or Supervisor is aware of difficult/sensitive issues which arise.

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
HSC or equivalent
Class C Driver's Licence
Experience in library operations or related information services.
Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
We are looking for someone who is friendly, organised, and customer focused, with a genuine interest in supporting library services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including Co Operative members and colleagues across the library team.
This position requires a current NSW Working with Children Check. Applicants are required to apply and pay for this check if not already obtained.
