Your role includes: Leading and managing all aspects of mine production execution Coordinating personnel, equipment, and resources to meet production targets Allocating tasks and managing shift rosters to deliver mine plan outcomes Supporting continuous improvement across operations and workflow Supervising and coaching your team to ensure safe, effective shift execution Contributing to commercial and strategic site outcomes What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within mining Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills Commitment to safety and fostering a positive team culture National Police Clearance (within 12 months) Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (incl. drug & alcohol testing) About REGROUP With over 15 years in the industry, REGROUP is a trusted name in Australian mining.
