Overview
Baker - Trappers Bakery of Goulburn. An prospect exists to work in our busy, award winning Bakery. We are located in Goulburn NSW, approximately one hour from Canberra and two hours from Sydney. The bakery is open seven days a week and we offer takeaway and eat in facilities with seating for over 120 patrons.
Responsibilities
* Mix, bake, fill, ice and decorate all kinds of breads, cakes and pastries.
* You will be required to check the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
* Team work is significant and you will need to discuss food preparation issues with managers and other staff members with the ability to work as part of a team of bakers to achieve daily production targets.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least one year's industry experience.
* Must be reliable and punctual.
* Fit and hardworking; ability to perform manual handling; positive team player with a solid work ethic and attention to detail; ability to maintain high-quality standards.
* Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
Salary will be negotiable based on qualifications and experience with a starting guide of $77,000. The pay range is $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year.
