You’ll analyse, design, and implement reliable, secure and scalable ICT solutions – rehosting legacy workloads to supported platforms, accelerating cloud adoption and improving interoperability in line with government standards. Resolve Recruit is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government agency to find a highly skilled Delivery Manager to support their Digital Uplift Program. Our client is at the forefront of government service delivery, modernising critical systems and platforms that support Australia's diplomatic and international engagement objectives. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects that align with national priorities whilst working within established government frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project delivery, ensuring completion on time, within scope and in compliance with government standards Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes aligned with organisational goals and strategic objectives Develop and manage project delivery plans, timelines and milestones using government frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile) Monitor and report on project progress, risks and issues to program managers, stakeholders and senior leadership Ensure adherence to government policies, regulatory compliance protocols and quality standards Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration to ensure project outcomes meet user needs Key Experience and Skills: Minimum 5 years' proven experience in project/program delivery within complex organisational environments Relevant bachelor's degree and/or certifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile PM, PMP or equivalent) Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, leadership and team management across diverse groups Strong capability in risk and issue management, with a focus on proactive identification and resolution Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Atlassian JIRA Familiarity with government frameworks including gateway reviews, benefits realisation and reporting systems If you’re ready to bring your systems expertise to a high-impact government program, we’d love to hear from you!
