Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Meetings & Events Manager to oversee and promote our 'Meetings and Events' space within the resort. This role involves supervising a team of 2 to 10 employees, managing the economic and qualitative results of the Meetings and Events services, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other resort departments.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and promote the 'Meetings and Events' space.
2. Supervise and motivate the team towards achieving set objectives.
3. Manage the quality of services, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
4. Optimize sales related to Meetings and Events.
5. Collaborate with departments such as kitchen, bar, restaurant, sports, and events.
6. Maintain good relations with local authorities in collaboration with management.
7. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards and property maintenance.
