Key Automotive Leader Wanted
Are you an experienced manager with a passion for automotive leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for you to develop and progress your skills in a dynamic collision repair workshop.
This role involves ensuring the site remains a safe working environment for all staff, processing vehicles upon arrival, and managing production staff to meet productivity targets and customer expectations. You will also be responsible for overseeing housekeeping within the workshop and managing the repair process to deliver timely, cost-effective quality repairs.
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar management position within the collision repair industry. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to set and adhere to deadlines, and have strong organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is also essential.
