Overview
My client is a fast-growing financial services business that's redefining what it means to deliver exceptional client experiences.
They're now looking for an experienced Broker Assistant to join their finance division — someone who thrives on building relationships, loves problem-solving, and wants to be part of a business that values people as much as performance.
As a key member of the finance team, you'll play an important part in helping clients achieve their goals — from property purchases to business finance.
Responsibilities
Managing customer relationships and providing outstanding service throughout the loan process
Reviewing loan applications and supporting the pre-credit assessment phase
Collaborating with a broad panel of lenders to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience in lending support who's ready to take the next step in their career.
Qualifications
2+ years' experience in a lending or broker support role
Strong understanding of financial statements and lending fundamentals
Familiarity with home loans; exposure to commercial, asset, or SMSF lending is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering quality service.
