We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join a Clearance Centre team and help us grow this key part of the business.
You are a results-driven sales professional with a strong customer focus and an eye for commercial opportunity. Ideally, you have a background in retail, consumer goods, or clearance sales, and you’re ready for a hands-on role where you can build strong client relationships and drive business performance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment are essential for success in this role.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving monthly sales target/budget
Providing a high level of customer service including live chat interactions via website.
Monitor sales trends and identify what is in demand at the time for requesting future stock
Responding to email enquiries, sales and follow up of sales leads
Inventory management of clearance centre inclusive of regular stock takes
Loading of product onto online portal for sale
Coordinating the flow process of stock from inspection workshop to portal & shop to end customer
Processing of sale through SAP and inhouse CRM system
Regularly contacting wholesale customers with stock lists
Processing orders on SAP and SAG
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Ability to work independently
Advanced Microsoft Excel & Intermediate skills in Microsoft 360
Understanding of SAP is preferred but not essential
Ability to understand basic technical information from user manuals.
