Join Our Team as a Personal Assistant to the Director of Nursing & Midwifery
**About the Role**
Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for an exciting opportunity to support healthcare leadership? We're seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our dedicated team and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Nursing & Midwifery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, respond to inquiries, and coordinate meetings for the Director.
- Assist in the administration of committees, including minute-taking and action follow-up.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the Local Health Network.
- Develop and maintain efficient office systems and procedures.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring smooth itineraries.
- Maintain a detailed daily calendar and prioritise correspondence and files.
**About You**
We're looking for a motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence in administrative support. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
Key Criteria:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, coupled with exceptional written and verbal abilities.
- Proven experience in providing confidential administrative support, including minute-taking and agenda preparation for committees.
- High-level organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, alongside excellent keyboard skills.
