Role Overview As Site Manager you'll oversee live construction sites, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery in line with program, budget, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities Lead daily site operations and subcontractor coordination.
Maintain WHS standards and conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
Manage program scheduling, daily targets, and short-term lookaheads.
Monitor site quality, compliance, and contract specifications.
Coordinate trades, deliveries, inspections, and defects close-out.
Work closely with PMs on claims, variations, and progress reporting.
Represent the company with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Key Requirements Ideally 5+ years\' experience as a Site Manager in the commercial construction sector delivering commercial or residential (apartment or large medium density projects).
A solid understanding of D&C delivery, and live-site coordination.
Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, or similar site management platforms.
White Card and relevant construction tickets.
