Currently seeking a multiple Project Officers to join their busy team for a 12-months temporary assignment.
About the Role
Support communication and governance initiatives across the NSW/ACT Service Delivery division in a high-impact role.
You'll help coordinate frameworks, engage stakeholders, and deliver key communication materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement governance frameworks and reporting.
- Develop and review communications (reports, newsletters, briefings).
- Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures.
- Engage internal stakeholders and support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation and support continuous improvement.
About You Essential
- Experience in governance, communication, or project coordination.
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to tailor communication and guide junior staff.
- Understanding of government service delivery and governance roles.
Desirable
- Qualifications in communications, public admin, or related fields.
- Knowledge of APS procedures and governance frameworks.
Benefits
- 12-month full-time casual labour hire contract
- $55.24/hr + super

- Based in Newcastle, Gosford, or Wollongong
