Your Role As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will work in a multi-speed environment with emphasis on planning and executing various large and small projects, including digital and non-digital initiatives, using Dulux Group Delivery framework which leverages Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. You will engage with multiple business units and leads, developing a deep understanding of their products and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Managing end-to-end planning and delivery of projects and initiatives, including hands-on project management. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across DuluxGroup, from operational teams to senior leadership (ELT), to deliver business outcomes aligned with the business and IT&DE strategy. Providing strategic input in the delivery space and defining measures of success for projects and programs. Ensuring a customer-centric approach in all projects to meet customer needs and expectations. Creating delivery roadmaps, planning, and executing projects within scope, schedule, and timelines. Skills & Experience Minimum of 15+ years of cumulative experience in project management, including 10+ years as a Senior Project Manager, across various industries leveraging multiple methodologies. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or relevant field. Deep knowledge of Hybrid, SAFe, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies. Experience integrating with large-scale ERP systems, preferably SAP, and eCommerce platforms. Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Leading SAFe, or similar Agile certifications. Proven skills in risk, issue, quality assurance, vendor management, and organizational change management. We value potential and passion!
