The opportunity:
We're hiring FIFO (Fly In / Fly Out) Head Chefs from Brisbane and nearby suburbs on a 8:6 roster for Fulltime Employment.
Working closely with the Village Management team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner—while proudly upholding ISS’s reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
* Competitive Annual Wage – $110,000 - $120,000 plus super

To be considered:
* Experience as a Head Chef in a commercial kitchen (essential).
* Must have Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher
* Proven experience as a chef in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.
* Experience in mining village operations (Desirable)
* Must have with a strong ability to meet client expectations for food quality, presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards.
* Unrestricted work rights in Australia
* Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
* Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
* Driver's License/ Photo ID required
* Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
